By car: Outdoor parking spaces close to your accommodation are available free of charge. Entrance to the Domaine is via a secure gate.

By train: From Valence TGV or Valence Ville, take a cab for about 15 minutes.

By plane: The closest airport is Valence Chabeuil, 16 minutes by car. L’aéroport de Lyon Saint Exupéry est situé à 1h15 en voiture.

By bike: Well done, brave ones, we have an outdoor bike rack.

By parachute: There’s a target on our roof, so try to aim for the landing.

Here are some frequently asked questions to provide you with more information about our services.

Is there WIFI throughout the residence?

Our residence has a wireless internet connection in all apartments as well as in common areas to allow you to fully enjoy your stay by checking your emails, having fun watching videos, series, etc.

Does the residence have parking?

Free parking, secured by a gate, is located in front of each of your apartments. To enter you will have to ring the gate, and exit is automatic upon detection.

Electric cars are prohibited on the premises under the co-ownership regulations.

Is the reception open 24 hours a day?

Monday: closed
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sunday: closed

Does the residence have a concierge service?

Our team will be happy to provide you with the best information about your stay in Valencia by answering your questions and advising you on the right addresses, restaurants, activities, museums, etc.

Does the residence have a luggage storage service?

We suggest you leave your luggage securely in our locked room on the day of your arrival as well as on the day of your departure.

What is the arrival time and departure time?

Our rooms are available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM.

Is it possible to make an earlier arrival and/or a late departure?

Subject to availability, we will give you your apartment keys upon your arrival at the residence. We invite you to let us know your arrival times so that we can do what is necessary. It is also possible to leave later with a variable supplement depending on the departure time.

What languages are spoken at reception?

Our receptionists speak French and English

What are the payment options available ?

Our hotel accepts bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). Neither checks nor cash are accepted.

How much is the tourist tax?

The tourist tax is €0.95 per adult per night. Persons under 18 are exempt.

Are pets accepted?

Our animal friends are accepted in our hotel, under the supervision of their owner. We have bowls and sleeping baskets available. The Domaine reserves the right to charge a supplement or evict a client in the event of animal mistreatment, disturbance of other clients, or deterioration of the apartment.

How many rooms are available in the residence?

We have 66 apartments: 7 apartments for 1 to 2 people, 47 apartments for 1 to 4 people, and 12 cottages for 2 to 6 people.

Do the bathrooms have bathtubs or showers?

What elements are kitchens made of?

Each of our apartments is equipped with a kitchen featuring a table and chairs, a refrigerator, a microwave, storage units, a coffee maker, a kettle, kitchen utensils, and a variety of tableware.

Are the apartments equipped with air conditioning?

All 66 of our apartments are equipped with reversible air conditioning (heating and cooling) that you can adjust to your liking.

Is it possible to have a baby bed?

Upon request and reservation, we can provide a baby cot for a surcharge of €10 for the entire stay.

Are the apartments non-smoking?

All our apartments are non-smoking.

Are the apartments equipped with a TV?

To enjoy your stay, a flat screen television is installed in each apartment to allow you to entertain yourself.

Are the apartments available for people with reduced mobility?

We have several apartments suitable for PRMs. Please consult us beforehand.

Does the residence have an elevator?

Our residence is not equipped with an elevator… because we don’t have an upper floor. All apartments are located on the ground floor.

What are the breakfast times?

Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.,
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 7:30 am to 9 am

What is the breakfast menu?

Our sweet/savory breakfast is made up of varied assortments to please each of you. In the form of a buffet, we offer you different kinds of fresh bread as well as pastries (croissants, pain aux chocolats), cereals (muesli, chocolate, corn flakes), dried fruits (prunes, apricots), fruit salad , applesauce and brioche. But also a wide choice of sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, cold meats, pickles, cherry tomatoes, cheeses, yogurts. We offer you multiple coffees, tea and apple, grapefruit and orange juices.
