By car: Outdoor parking spaces close to your accommodation are available free of charge. Entrance to the Domaine is via a secure gate.

By train: From Valence TGV or Valence Ville, take a cab for about 15 minutes.

By plane: The nearest airport is Valence Chabeuil, 16 minutes away by car. Lyon Saint Exupéry airport is 1h15 away by car.

By bike: Well done, brave ones, we have an outdoor bike rack.

By parachute: There’s a target on our roof, so try to aim for the landing.

Here are some frequently asked questions to provide you with more information about our services.

Is WIFI available throughout the residence?

Our residence is equipped with wireless Internet access in all apartments and communal areas, so you can make the most of your stay by checking your e-mail, watching videos and series, etc…

Does the residence have parking?

Free, gated parking is located opposite each of your apartments. To enter, ring the bell at the gate, and exit automatically on detection.

Is the reception open 24/7?

The reception closes at 7:30 PM every day. For arrivals after 7:30 PM, please contact the reception to obtain the access code for the property and the key box code, where you will find the key to your accommodation and instructions on how to access it.

Does the residence offer a concierge service?

Our team will be happy to assist you with information about your stay in Valence, answering your questions and offering recommendations on the best addresses, restaurants, activities, museums, etc.

Does the residence offer a luggage storage service?

We offer you the option to safely store your luggage in our locked storage room on the day of your arrival and departure.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Our rooms are available from 3 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM.

Is it possible to check in earlier and/or check out later?

Subject to availability, we will provide you with your apartment keys as soon as you arrive at the residence. We kindly ask you to inform us of your arrival time so that we can make the necessary arrangements. It is also possible to check out later for an additional fee, which varies depending on the departure time.

What languages are spoken at the reception?

Our receptionists speak French and English.

What payment methods are accepted?

Our hotel accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Apple & Google Pay). Bank checks are not accepted. For holiday vouchers, please contact us in advance.

What is the amount of the tourist tax?

The tourist tax is €0.95 per adult per night. Persons under 18 years old are exempt.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed in our hotel, under the supervision of their owner. We provide bowls and pet beds. The property reserves the right to charge an additional fee or to expel a guest in case of animal mistreatment, disturbance to other guests, or damage to the apartment.

How many rooms are available in the residence?

We have 66 apartments, including 7 apartments for 1 to 2 people, 47 apartments for 1 to 4 people, and 12 pavilions for 2 to 6 people.

Are the bathrooms equipped with bathtubs or showers?

All of our apartments are equipped with showers.

What items are the kitchens equipped with?

Each of our apartments is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, including: tables and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, storage cabinets, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils, and a variety of dishware.

Are the apartments equipped with air conditioning?

All of our 66 apartments are equipped with reversible air conditioning (heating/cooling) that can be adjusted to your preference.

Is it possible to have a baby crib?

Upon request and reservation, we can provide a baby crib for you.

Are the apartments non-smoking?

All of our apartments are non-smoking.

Are the apartments equipped with a television?

To enhance your stay, a flat-screen TV is installed in each apartment for your entertainment.

Are the apartments available for people with reduced mobility?

We have several apartments adapted for people with reduced mobility. Please contact us in advance.

Does the residence have an elevator?

Our residence is not equipped with an elevator as we do not have any upper floors. All the apartments are located on the ground floor.

What are the breakfast hours?

We welcome you every day for breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10 AM.

What is the breakfast menu?

Our sweet and savory breakfast offers a variety of assortments to suit everyone’s tastes. In buffet style, we offer different types of fresh bread, pastries (croissants, chocolate rolls), cereals (muesli, chocolate, cornflakes), dried fruits (prunes, apricots), fruit salad, applesauce, and brioche. We also offer a wide selection of sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, cold cuts, pickles, cherry tomatoes, cheeses, and yogurts. You can enjoy a variety of coffees, tea, and juices (apple, grapefruit, and orange).

Does the hotel have a bar?

Open from 6 PM to 10 PM, come and enjoy the wines of our country or other beverages throughout your stay. We offer a selection of draft beers.

Does the hotel have a room for working?

We have two meeting rooms. For any reservation inquiries, please contact the hotel directly.

Which airport is the closest?

The closest airport is Valence Chabeuil Airport, located 16 minutes by car. Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport is 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.

Is there a taxi station near the hotel?

Our receptionists can call a taxi for you upon request.
