Here are some frequently asked questions to provide you with more information about our services.
Our residence is equipped with a wireless internet connection in all apartments as well as in the common areas to allow you to fully enjoy your stay by consulting your emails, entertainment in front of videos, series etc…
The free parking secured by a gate, is located in front of each of your apartments. To enter it will ring the gate, and the exit is automatic on detection.
Our reception is open 24/7 to best meet your needs.
Our team will be happy to inform you about your stay in Valencia by answering your questions and advising you on the best addresses, restaurants, activities, museums etc.
We offer to leave your luggage safely in our locked room on the day of your arrival and the day of your departure.
Our rooms are available from 3pm and the departure time is before 10am.
Subject to availability, we will give you your keys as soon as you arrive at the residence. We invite you to communicate your arrival times so that we can do what is necessary. It is also possible to leave later with a supplement depending on the time of departure.
Our receptionists speak French, English.
Our hotel accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Apple & Google pay). Bank checks are not accepted. For holiday vouchers please consult us beforehand.
The tourist tax is 5% of the amount of the night per person per night. People under 18 years old are exempt.
Our animal friends are accepted in our hotel, under the supervision of their owner. We have bowls and dodo baskets available. The Domain reserves the right to charge a supplement or evict a client in case of animal abuse, disturbance of other guests, or deterioration of the apartment.
We have 66 apartments, 7 apartments for 1 to 2 people, 47 apartments for 1 to 4 people, and 12 pavilions for 2 to 6 people.
All our apartments are equipped with showers.
Each of our apartments is equipped with a kitchen with: tables and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, storage furniture, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils, various dishes.
All our 90 apartments are equipped with a reversible air conditioning hot/ cold to adjust as you wish.
On request and reservation, we can install a cot.
All our apartments are non-smoking.
A flat-screen TV is provided in each apartment for guests’ enjoyment.
We have several apartments suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please contact us beforehand.
Our residence doesn’t have an elevator…because we don’t have a floor. All the apartments are on the ground floor.
We welcome you every day for breakfast from 7:30 am to 10 am.
Our sweet/savory breakfast is made up of various assortments to please everyone. As a buffet, we offer different kinds of fresh breads as well as pastries (croissants, chocolate breads), cereals (muesli, chocolate, corn flakes), dried fruits (prunes, apricots), fruit salad, apple compote and brioche. But also a wide choice of sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, cold cuts, pickles, cherry tomatoes, cheeses, yogurts. We offer multiple Coffees, tea and apple, grapefruit and orange juice.
When you arrive, we can bring you a basket to enjoy your breakfast on your terrace or in your living room.
Open from 6pm to 10pm, come and taste the wines of our country or other drinks throughout your stay. We have several cocktails or draft beers.
We have two meeting rooms, for any reservation request, thank you to get closer to the hotel
The nearest airport is Valence Chabeuil, 16 minutes by car.
Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport is 1h15 away by car.
